Proofreading, Squirrels, and Rats 04/22/2010
Once upon a time I was a very good proofreader. Once upon a time, however, is once upon a time. I can't proof my fiction or family newsletters worth beans. It's a very sad tale. My friend Karen pointed out articles in the Washington Post about giant rats and squirrels. How very timely of the Post, now that I'm writing a second book about alien rats and alien squirrels. But more than that I cannot say. The book is not done yet. | AuthorI'm a writer, a reader, an amateur artist, a science fiction and fantasy fan, an Egyptology enthusiast, the youngest child and only girl in a family of three children, a woman who found happiness in her second marriage, and someone who's looking forward to retirement when she'll work for herself. Oh, and I'm the goddess Denise according to the One World Tree (see Chez Timpko News 2006 on my Home page). ArchivesJune 2011 CategoriesAll |
